Lightnin’ Hopkins – Mojo Hand (Japanese Mono)
Did I end up buying a second copy of “Mojo Hand“? Yes, yes I did. Did I know that it was virtually identical to another recently acquired copy of “Mojo Hand” when I bought it? No, no I did not. But it was a beautiful heavyweight cover, a faithful reissue of the original, and, what the hell, duplicates happen. Somehow, I didn’t even record this is Discogs when I got it, so while I think it was sometime last year, 2024, it could have been in 2023. Does it matter? Not a bit. Still a great blues on an excellent Japanese pressing.
